About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
