Key Responsibilities:

As a Driver with Boral Asphalt, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bituminous products to our Asphalt sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating heavy vehicle combinations to transport bituminous products
  • Ensuring safe and efficient cartage and delivery of products
  • Promoting a positive public image of Boral and interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining company trucks and reporting faults to management
  • Complying with Boral's OH&S policy and ensuring our Safety and Environmental standards are met
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to safety and the environment, along with a superior customer focus
  • An unrestricted MC drivers' license
  • A Dangerous Goods license (desirable)
  • Experience in tanker operation and the handling of bituminous products (desirable)
  • A strong understanding of basic fatigue management (an advantage)
  • Team player with the ability to work well independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements
