We are seeking a skilled Bartender and Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily bar operations, and leading a team of bartenders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bar operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of bartenders, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and issues with practical solutions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver seamless execution of service.
- Perform bartender tasks as needed, including serving drinks and maintaining venue cleanliness.

Requirements:

- Proven previous experience in a similar role required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
- Sound judgment and practical decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- RSA/Approved Manager's Card (or willing to obtain).
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written communication.
