Your Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Store team as a Part-Time Customer Care Specialist. This role is critical to our Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD.
As a Part-Time Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, sourcing parts, and handling customer requests. You will also be required to perform warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and put-aways, as well as daily stock replenishment and stock takes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Part-Time (25 hours) availability between 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
