Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pump Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a variety of projects, including pump removal and installation, repairs, and maintenance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in field services, with experience in working alone or as part of a team. They will be required to travel occasionally for projects, so a valid driver's license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-field service of pump removal & installation
  • Conduct repairs, both within a workshop environment or on-site as necessary, and provide field support to clients
  • Demonstrate excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to interpret and report
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe workplace, inclusive of the safe operation of company plant and equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of water systems and a proven track record in field services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Experience working with cranes and other heavy machinery
  • A Forklift licence and CV Crane licence would be beneficial but not mandatory
  • A Restricted Electrical licence would also be advantageous
