Customer Insights Director:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive customer understanding and inform business strategies through data-driven insights.

This role involves leading a team of analysts, ensuring they deliver high-quality customer insights while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team will be just as critical as expertise in survey methodologies, data analysis, and business storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer insights analysts.
  • Champion customer-centric decision making across all levels of the organisation.
  • Design, implement, and manage customer feedback programs.
  • Leverage technology and automation to optimize survey processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in survey design, research methodologies, and data interpretation is required.
