The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and building high-quality data integration solutions with a focus on tight deadlines and scalability.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior developers to enhance their skills in ADF and Cloud technologies.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to the BAU team for post-go-live support and maintenance.
  • Working independently with a proactive approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields, such as data integration, cloud computing, or software development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in IT business partnering roles and driving technology initiatives and programs across the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Cloud technologies, with experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and drive business outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
