About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Landlord and Tenant Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Condition Reports and Inspections: Schedule and carry out condition reports and vacating inspections, ensuring that all properties are accurately assessed and that any necessary repairs are made.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee and assist with all maintenance issues, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are made promptly.
  • Advertising and Marketing: Assist with advertising properties for lease online, ensuring that properties are marketed effectively and that potential tenants are attracted to the properties.
Requirements
  • Agent Representative Certificate: Hold a current Agent Representative Certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Have strong computer skills and experience working in a professional environment.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service: Have a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Time Management: Have excellent time management, organizing, and prioritizing skills.
