A Test Lead with 10+ years of experience in ETL testing, BI testing, and leading teams is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in test strategy, test plan preparation, and writing complex SQL validation queries from data mapping documents.

The Test Lead will actively participate in discussions to understand business requirements, ensure requirement coverage, and educate the team on requirements and business scenarios to be tested.

The role involves preparing testing documents, participating in various phases of testing, interacting with clients, creating bug reports, coordinating with the development team, and involvement in automating test scenarios creation and data validation.

Mandatory skills include SQL Server 2014, Teradata, Google Cloud Big Query, AWS Redshift, HP ALM 11.0, MTM, Jira, Healthcare domain experience, Azure Data Factory, SSIS 2014, Datastage 9.0.1, Informatica, T-SQL script, PowerShell scripts, Selenium, Python, PowerBI, Microstrategy 8.0.1, and SSRS.
