Household Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high quality support and care to residents within our residential aged care home.

About the Role:

  • Work in a collaborative environment to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms
  • Supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive team dynamic
  • Working safely to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for providing excellent care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Previous experience working in a supportive role ideally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to apply for necessary clearances
