Job Title: Key Venue Operations Manager

The Key Venue Operations Manager will oversee the overall success of a brand-new venue in Brisbane's CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations manager to run a new branch independently and manage a team of staff.

  • Customer Experience Management: Ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, roster, and manage payroll for a high-performing team.
  • Game Room Operations: Maintain equipment, perform cash/stock reconciliations, and ensure a clean and well-maintained premises.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possession of strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and resolve issues professionally
