Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong administration and customer service skills to deliver exceptional support to our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in business support, general administration, data entry, and payroll, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the business, including:

  • Managing high volumes of work and prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service through confident written and oral communication skills
  • Ensuring accuracy and speed in data entry and filing tasks
  • Assisting with payroll and accounts payable/receivable tasks
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Experience in business support, general administration, data entry, and payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Estimated Salary Range
