We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support and Mental Health Care Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to individuals with mental health disabilities.

As a Disability Support and Mental Health Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals who require support with daily living activities. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that cater to their specific needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health support and companionship to individuals with complex needs
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
Requirements:
- Diploma-level qualification in mental health or allied health field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mental health and psychosocial disability support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
