The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large $60m+ residential project in Adelaide. As a Senior Project Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of a construction project, ensuring effective management of time, cost, safety, environment, legislative, financial, industrial, and quality-based contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Manage client relationships and expectations

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, or Construction
  • Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience delivering projects in various sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams
  • Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality, and environmental challenges
