About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-weight Social Creative to join our team at We Are Social. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about social media, has a talent for creative storytelling, and is able to bring innovative ideas to life.

As a Mid-weight Social Creative, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our social media strategy and developing engaging content that drives results. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to brainstorm ideas, pitch campaigns, and execute projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing social media campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborating with strategists, designers, and account leads to refine ideas and develop engaging content.
  • Pitching and presenting campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our social media strategy.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your social media skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
