Customer Service and Administration Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes. Full training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and schedule appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learn and use a range of software and applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
