Aquatic Centre Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team at our aquatic centre. As the key leader of operations, you will oversee all aspects of facility management, including staff training, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual staff training and development plans for lifeguards and duty managers.
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition, including pool plant equipment.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Assist in investigating incidents and maintaining a safe environment.
- Oversee the physical appearance of the site and ensure it meets the highest safety standards.
- Ensure staff adhere to OHS processes and management systems.
- Monitor and maintain facility NPS and mystery shop scores.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with our organisational values.
- Hold current certifications in first aid, CPR, and pool operations.
- Previous leadership experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
