Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project management leader to spearhead our E7 Programs Integration initiative. This role entails providing front-line leadership, management, and coordination of our Program Integration Office workforce who support our E7 Wedgetail Sustainment and Development Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational employees (Program coordinators and administrators)
  • Lead planning and scheduling specialist employees
  • Lead project management employees
  • Develop and manage employee skills development and training
  • Manage particular elements of the Program governance framework
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years as a project management leader within a technically complex project
  • A human-centric approachable empathetic and friendly leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high tempo environment
  • Experience with the development and/or maintenance of a project governance framework
  • Experience with the establishment and maintenance of employee skills and training requirements
Eligibility

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.

You may require a Foreign Work Authorisation (FWA) to commence in this position.
