Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Gardening Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably within the gardening or customer service industry. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring every interaction reinforces our reputation for excellence and expertise.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics. They will be able to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service specialists
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure the team is equipped to handle complex technical inquiries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
