Beauty Therapy Administrative Specialist

About this Role
The Administration Assistant will be the key support function for our Learning Online Support team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the team while providing exceptional customer service to students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the Learning Online Support team
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and staff via phone and video calls
- Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
- A proven track record of administration experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Familiarity with customer complaint resolution processes and procedures
