The Royal Freemasons community is seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join their clinical team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
As a valued member of the nursing staff, you will be pivotal in delivering safe, high-quality and contemporary care to residents. You will play an important role in providing supervision and guidance to care staff, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of care and support is provided at all times.
This nursing position offers opportunities for career development, mentoring, and leadership within a highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider of Aged Care Services across the Residential, Home Care, and Retirement Living sectors.
About the Role:- Providing medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Undertaking or supervising others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other procedures as necessary.
- Liaising with relevant residential care staff, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, hospitals, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Delivering high-quality patient care and treatment plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate resident care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
- Leading by example and demonstrating expertise in clinical practice to guide and mentor junior staff members.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care planning.
A valid police clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening clearance is mandatory for this role.
