The Senior Project Development Manager will be accountable for assessing customer migration requirements and solutions ensuring they are implemented with a complete understanding of the change(s), ensuring that both technology and customer impacts are understood.

  • Assessing customer requirements for technology and customer impacts
  • Engaging Technology stakeholders to facilitate changes
  • Engage Product teams to understand the impacts of customer solutions during the migration phases
  • Ensure requirements for change are understood, developed, tested and implemented successfully
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery and own the customer engagement through to successful migration
  • Development of end-to-end delivery plans, migration run-sheets and any change records that are required
  • Work with relevant ANZ stakeholders to develop effective communication plans and engagement plans for our customers

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • A desire to optimise customer journeys and experiences during the migration phases
  • Existing technical experience or expertise in one or more of the following Payments, File-transfer, API's, Fileactive
  • Understanding of the systems involved in the Payments space would be good, not mandatory
  • An end-to-end appreciation of the customer journeys from a migration perspective
  • Interest in and affinity for Technology changes

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Melbourne, VIC. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD depending on experience.
