The Just Group is a leading retail giant with 7 successful brands: Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Peter Alexander, Portmans, and Smiggle.

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our Smiggle Marketing Team in Melbourne.

This role involves implementing digital marketing activities to achieve sales projections for the brand, supporting both retail and online stores across all countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Briefing web and EDM briefs in line with the brand and online promotional plan
  • Testing and approving EDM briefs
  • Maintaining Smiggle websites
  • Briefing creative and copy then testing web updates
  • Reacting quickly and accurately to promotional changes
  • Briefing and updating trade and brand social ad content (Facebook ads manager experience)
  • Copyrighting for online product descriptions
  • Building strong relationships with internal Web Development and Online Stores teams to implement plans and improve overall web and email presence
  • Maintaining email sign-ups and the Smiggle VIP program
  • Compiling weekly reports

Skill Requirements:

  • Marketing/Digital Marketing and/or Communications tertiary qualification or related work experience
  • Experience within retail, e-commerce or an office environment is advantageous as is experience or excitement for marketing to children and parents
  • Experience in Facebook ads manager would be beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and work ethic, and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
