About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time Store Supervisor to spearhead our team at Nowra. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a positive team culture, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create meaningful connections with customers by setting an example with your behavior and attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve outstanding service delivery and drive sales growth.
  • Strong visual merchandising and stock management skills are highly desirable.
  • Be proactive and able to multitask on the shop floor during quieter periods.
  • Communicate effectively and delegate tasks as required.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager on operational and strategic initiatives.
