Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned risk and compliance professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of risk and compliance maturity.

About the Role

The Risk and Compliance Manager will be part of a dedicated risk function that supports multiple divisions across various industries. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.

You will be responsible for performing risk assessments, identifying control weaknesses, and developing action plans to address these issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain oversight of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to ensure data quality and completeness.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness and control knowledge among business teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and testing controls through internal audits, regulatory audits, or risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing effective risk management solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in risk management.
