About the Role

As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead a team of educators in the Kindy room and foster a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries and connections to our local primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, catering to their unique interests and strengths.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards, ensuring high-quality care and education.

About You

We are seeking an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification holder, with relevant teachers' registration (if applicable) and a current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain. You will also possess a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
