Job Description
A dedicated radiology support nurse is sought to join our team at Rockhampton Hospital and private practice sites. This hands-on role involves supporting radiologists and technical staff in a wide range of interventional procedures, including PICC lines, facet & nerve injections, epidurals & drainages, thoracocentesis, shoulder injections & arthrograms, fluoroscopic, CT, and ultrasound-guided procedures.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary with annual increases, Monday-Friday working hours, free parking close by, and opportunities to expand your skills in busy hospital and private practice settings.

We are seeking an experienced enrolled nurse with endorsement who can provide high-quality nursing care and patient service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication and patient care focus, and current AHPRA registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and patient service
  • Assist with patient collection, transfers, and handovers
  • Set up and pack down sterile trays and procedure equipment
  • Maintain infection prevention and control standards
  • Order and manage stock levels
About You
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. If you have experience in radiology or private practice, that's a plus, but not essential.
