Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pools and Spas Service Technician. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including pool installation, maintenance, and repair.

About the Role:

  • Provide professional installation, maintenance, and repair services for pools and spas.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform routine water testing, chemical treatments, and equipment inspections.
  • Advising clients on the optimal operation and maintenance of their pool or spa.
  • Maintain detailed records and job reports.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in pool and spa service.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment.
  • Knowledge of water chemistry and pool/spa maintenance best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • A clean driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to workplace health and safety.
