A key aspect of this role is colour matching vehicle paint, preparing vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements, priming vehicles as needed, painting vehicles accurately, buffing and denibbing vehicles, and performing minor repairs as required.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the Automotive sector, demonstrate good attitude and communication skills, and be willing to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
