Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer service efforts. As a high-growth global business, we are continually innovating and refining our approach to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, transforming support functions, and operating in a multichannel environment. They will be able to scale support strategically, ensuring it remains a key function within the organization.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about using technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. If you have experience with AI tools and implementation, that would be a significant advantage.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to break down silos and ensure customer insights inform product development and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise the bar on customer experience while introducing data-driven strategies to drive retention and sustainable growth.
  • Manage teams, transform support functions, and operate in a multichannel, global environment.
  • Use technology to automate and streamline processes, maintaining human interaction at the core.
  • Foster a culture where people grow, equipping them with skills and confidence to handle complex customer interactions effectively.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge norms when necessary.
  • Experience managing teams, transforming support functions, and operating in a multichannel, global environment.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and implementation experience is a plus.
  • Able to break down silos and ensure customer insights shape product, marketing, and operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
