Key Responsibilities- Process customer sales orders and credit returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate daily deliveries and ensure orders are supplied correctly and dispatched on time.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in trade counter sales or a similar retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A current and uninhibited C Class Driver's Licence is essential.
- A Forklift license is desirable.
