Child Protection Specialist - Residential Care

We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to support the development of independent living skills, education engagement, and community involvement for young people in residential care.

  1. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for each child or young person.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  3. Build strong relationships with children, young people, families, and communities to promote positive change and empowerment.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in child protection and residential care practices.
