We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to support the development of independent living skills, education engagement, and community involvement for young people in residential care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for each child or young person.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Build strong relationships with children, young people, families, and communities to promote positive change and empowerment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in child protection and residential care practices.
