About the Role

As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping to maintain a safe and tidy branch environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You'll need to be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate. A clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is also a must.
