Lease Administrator
The role of Lease Administrator is a pivotal position within the retail leasing and centre management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating all stages of the lease documentation process, ensuring accuracy and risk & compliance are maintained at all times.

In this role, you will maintain and update our Leasing template documents and forms for all properties, including Letter of Offer, Disclosure Statement, and Bank Guarantee requirements. You will instruct solicitors to prepare formal Lease documents in a timely manner and prepare Disclosure Statements based on approved Letters of Offer and in accordance with the Retail Tenancy Act. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of these documents, liaising with Property Managers and other stakeholders as required.

Your responsibilities will also include coordinating the review of draft documents with Senior Leasing Executives and Property Managers, compiling comments on drafts, and arranging mortgagee consent for documents to be registered with Landgate. You will distribute fully executed Lease documents to tenants and file them accordingly, as well as create Owner Incentive Payment Checklists and complete them with fit-out coordinators. Additionally, you will prepare small documents and short-term licenses for Casual Leasing.

We require candidates with a minimum 3 years' experience in the retail property industry, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act. Preferred skills and attributes include high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and well-developed planning and organisational skills.
