This role plays a vital part in achieving our development and production targets.

We support permanent, full-time employment based locally in the Goldfields region of Western Australia (no FIFO).

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing re-entry procedures
2. Driving underground explosives vehicles
3. Prepping production blast holes
4. Charging production and development blast holes
5. Setting up and operating charge-up equipment
6. Transporting and handling explosives safely
7. Explosives inventory record keeping

• A minimum 6 months experience as a Charge Up Operator using ANFO and/or emulsion
• Emulsion charging experience
• Electronic Detonator logging/initiation systems (IKON, Daveytronic, etc.)
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
• Strong technical knowledge in the gold resource sector operations or mining industry
• Emergency Response Team (ERT)
• Shotfirer's Licence (Explosives User Licence)
• RIIWHS204E course, 'Work Safely at Heights'
