Neonatologist Specialist

The Royal Children's Hospital VIC is seeking a Neonatologist Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Paediatric Infant and Perinatal Emergency Retrieval service (PIPER), you will be responsible for providing expert care to critically ill newborns and infants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the triage and stabilisation advice process
- Working with nursing colleagues to ensure appropriate solutions for complex clinical and logistic issues
- Clinical governance activities including case review and quality improvement initiatives
- Leading and participating in multidisciplinary education activities
Requirements:
- FRACP or equivalent in Neonatology
- Demonstrated capacity to work harmoniously and collaboratively within a small team
- Proven leadership skills
- Specialist Medical Registration with AHPRA
