Hearing Care Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our hearing clinic in Stirling, Adelaide on a part-time basis. As a Hearing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our team.
About the Role: You will work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients. This will involve learning about our products and services, as well as government funding programs, to ensure that each client receives tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team
- Assist with client consultations and hearing tests
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized hearing plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
