About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team, who is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for young children. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes learning through play, and for working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve best practice in early childhood education.

You will have a natural ability to encourage and inspire children, and to work effectively with families to support their child's learning and development. You will also have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and challenging learning programs for young children
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve best practice in early childhood education
  • Communicate effectively with families to support their child's learning and development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Teaching/Early Childhood, Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Previous experience working in Early Childhood
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts from 7.00am-6.00pm Monday - Friday
