HVAC Installer Lead Job Summary:

This position entails inspecting, installing, maintaining and repairing wiring and electrical fixtures/systems in residential and commercial settings. Effective communication with customers to ensure they understand project scopes and solutions offered is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management and dispatch
  • Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes
  • Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment
  • Operate and care for equipment according to standards
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays and weekends

  • Communicate in a service-oriented and respectful manner
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
