The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Support Officer to join our collaborative trade sales team based in Huntingwood. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our trade customers.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and quotes efficiently via phone and email
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for customer orders
  • Proactively monitor orders and communicate any delays to builders
  • Liaise with sales teams and trade customers on product selections and problem-solving
  • Provide general customer service and sales support
  • Collaborate with team members and other business areas as required
  • Adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Experience in an estimating role or a related trade qualification is advantageous
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Strong customer focus with attention to detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude with a 'can-do' approach
  • A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
