Job Title: Regulatory Attorney

• About the Role:
• We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team in conducting investigations and enforcement actions related to market integrity.
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute complex investigations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigative tasks, including analysis of large electronic data sets using specialized software.
• Draft and serve compulsory notices, collect and review documents.
• Interview witnesses and obtain information.
• Provide legal advice on evidence requirements, admissibility, and use of statutory powers.
• Assist with commencing and conducting civil litigation in the Federal Court.

Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• Investigative and analytical skills, with experience planning and managing complex investigations and projects.
• Ability to analyze and interrogate large complex data and evidence.
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to build and maintain relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
