Job Description- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with designers to bring Figma designs to life, and work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Code Quality and Maintenance: Improve the codebase by refactoring existing code, implementing unit and integration tests, and advocating for coding standards that prioritize readability and maintainability.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and document findings in RCA reports shared with the team.
- Experience and Knowledge: A background in Computer Science or Software Engineering, strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and extensive experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of mobile-specific design patterns, performance optimization, and debugging, as well as experience with integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data in a mobile environment.
- Bonus - Nice To Have: Experience in building or maintaining an independent design system, familiarity with API gateways, and proficiency in using mobile app profiling tools to monitor and improve performance.
