We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Business Lending Specialist to join our team at NAB. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our business customers and providing them with tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with business customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Manage lending and product requests for small business customers, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority, ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with NAB's credit policies and procedures.
  • Provide holistic business solutions to your portfolio of clients and those newly introduced, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase their financial stability.
  • Manage customer portfolio risk and compliance, ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the business banking team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
