About the RoleThe successful candidate will deliver professional, evidence-based information and support services associated with the Forensic Medicine Social Work role outlined in the Model of Care document.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor degree in social work or equivalent qualification, minimum 3 years clinical experience, and extensive specialist knowledge in crisis intervention, clinical assessment/case management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based support to families and individuals navigating difficult moments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure high-standard service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional and ethical standards.
- Current NSW driver's license.
- Will-ingness to participate in an on-call roster and occasional out-of-hours service.
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
If the selection panel identifies more than one suitable candidate, an eligibility list will be created for future temporary and casual vacancies.
