Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third In Charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in the efficient running of the store, including:

  • Driving and motivating a high-performing team of outdoor enthusiasts
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards
  • Taking responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Creating an exceptional experience for each and every customer

The ideal candidate will have strong retail or customer service experience, with sound knowledge of retail operations such as stock control and visual merchandising.

They will love and have experience and understanding of the retail sales environment with excellent customer service skills.

They will be adaptable and cope well within fast-paced retail environments and be able to share their genuine passion for outdoor products and business growth with customers and their team.
