This role plays a key part in delivering priorities across the Central Divisions, working collaboratively with the People Support team to achieve operational service excellence outcomes.
The P&C Advisor will support operational processes and practices, providing timely advice and support to central customers relating to workforce planning, including job design, job analysis, advertising and recruitment administration.
Key Responsibilities- Support operational processes and practices in workforce planning, including job design, job analysis, advertising and recruitment administration.
- Contribute to the discovery and implementation of key initiatives and continuous improvement in alignment with our P&C operating model.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relations with the People Support team and central division customers.
- Collaborate with the Lead, Corporate Leader Advisory Service, to deliver priorities across the Central Divisions.
