About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our TEK (Technology, Engineering and Knowledge) division. As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical support to our Principal Civil Engineer and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our team to identify key risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and realise opportunities.
- Leading small task teams to deliver specific outcomes for our tenders and projects.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with our team members and stakeholders.
- Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement of our work processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Engineers Australia membership and Chartered Status (or working towards).
- Relevant experience in producing high-quality technical outputs related to Civil Engineering design and construction.
- Experience with on-site civil works in design and construction delivery.
- Understanding and application of varied civil design and construction methodologies.
- Competency with relevant Australian Standards and industry guidelines.
