Job Responsibilities

  • Provide social care and transportation for clients in recreational, personal, and educational activities

  • Administer or assist with prescribed medication
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation following organizational policies

Requirements

  • Evidence of 12 months paid work experience
  • National police check (dated within the last 12 months)
  • Disability Worker screening clearance (Yellow card)
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Manual Handling certificate (HLTWHS005)
  • Medication Administration certificate (HLTHPS006)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Work with Children clearance (Blue card)
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS workers orientation module
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability
