Australasian Sustainability Professional

Provide leadership and support to ensure a QHSE Management System is effective for the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement WHS standards, programs, and metrics aligned with industry requirements at all facilities within the area.
- Deliver on-site support to document and maintain baseline compliance with established standards, programs, and metrics.
- Collaborate to develop QHSE standards, programs, and metrics for each facility in the region, ensuring alignment with industry standards and supporting overall QHSE goals.
- Report HSE incidents, legal non-compliance, and customer complaints to Area Management and Head of Sustainability in a timely manner, adhering to corporate incident reporting and customer complaint handling requirements.
- Provide regular QSHE reports to the area management team and Head of Sustainability, showcasing performance against objectives and key performance indicators.
- Develop and update area risk and regulatory compliance programs, as well as local and regional risk and regulatory compliance registers, shared with relevant teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
