About the Role

">
  • To provide confidential and professional administration services, adhering to participant records and organisational protocols at all times
  • Answer telephone calls, direct inquiries to relevant personnel and establish connections on behalf of required parties
  • Undertake projects under supervision as needed
  • Assist with new staff member inductions, including preparation and distribution of necessary paperwork
  • Maintain stationery supplies and assist with ordering additional materials as required
  • Manage mail delivery and messages for the team when necessary
  • Prepare data and reports for individual programs as required by Care Partners/Community and Home Care Managers
  • Offer scheduling backup and support to the scheduling lead when needed

Your Qualifications

">
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including word processing, desktop publishing, databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively within a team and individually
  • Able to prioritise tasks and maintain a high standard of work under sustained pressure
  • High level data entry accuracy with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with aged care (desired)
  • Experience with client management and rostering systems (desired)
  • NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Australian working rights
  • Current drivers license
